Safe Church Training for Volunteers & Clergy/ Church Staff

Safe Church Universal Training is required for all ministry volunteers, clergy, and paid staff members. Additional specialized training is also required for clergy, staff members, and school workers. Training should be completed every three years. Anyone who has not attended training since Fall 2019 is in need of retraining.

The following in-person training will be facilitated by the Rev. Dr. Jesse Abell at Calvary Episcopal Church (Memphis). Pre-registration is required. 

Saturday, August 6 (8am-Noon) at Calvary, Memphis (both Volunteers & Clergy/Church Staff)

*Volunteers attend 8am-10am portion.
