DESCRIPTION:Women’s Half-Day Silent Retreat  \nThe first Friday of each month (summers excluded)\, women of all faiths are invited to St. Columba Camp and Retreat Center for a half-day St. Clare silent retreat. After greetings and coffee\, a brief meditation and communion are offered; then a peaceful\, reflective two-hour period of silence begins. During this time\, retreatants walk on beautiful wooded paths\, sit by the fire\, relax in a chair on the patio\, knit\, read\, write\, pray or just quietly commune with God. At the end of the silence\, a short service proceeds lunch and conversation. \nTo register or for more information\, go to https://saintcolumbamemphis.org/stclare.

DESCRIPTION:STAFF APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR HAPPENING 76!\n\n\nHappening is a Christian experience presented by youth for youth with the help of clergy and lay adult leadership. This experience brings young people to a fuller personal knowledge of and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and to a deeper level of commitment and apostleship. \nHappening #76 will take place February 13-15\, 2026 at St. Columba Episcopal Camp & Retreat Center. All youth in grades 9-12 who have previously participated in Happening are invited to apply for STAFF! The application deadline is Sunday\, November 30\, 2025 at 11:59pm. \nThe links to the staff applications are below; medical release forms are included. If you would like to be considered for a leadership position (Observing Rector\, Head Deacon\, Head Apostle\, Head Cousin) you must fill out the Leadership Application in addition to the staff application. Please prayerfully consider applying for Happening staff and check the dates on your personal calendar. We may not have room for every applicant to serve on staff.
