SUMMARY:Small Church Conference (2026)
DESCRIPTION:The second annual West Tennessee Small Church Conference – a time for fellowship\, worship\, and mutual support among leaders and members of small congregations across our diocese – will be Friday\, April 24 through Saturday\, April 25\, 2026\, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Jackson\, Tennessee. The conference begins at 5:00 PM on Friday and concludes at 5:00 PM on Saturday. \nEach small church is expected to send at least two representatives\, along with clergy\, to join in this unique opportunity for networking\, skill-building\, and celebrating the important work happening in our small churches. \n  \nRegistration Details\nRegistration Fee: $300 per church (includes up to three attendees)\nConference fees includes hotel accommodations\, meals\, and conference materials. \nSharing rooms helps keep the conference accessible and affordable for all. If you prefer a single-occupancy room\, you will be responsible for the additional cost. \nPlease note: if you reserve a room and do not use it\, you will still be charged. \nAdditional Attendees: $50 per person*\n*Does not include hotel accommodations. You are responsible for securing your own lodging. \nRegistration Deadline: Friday\, March 6\, 2026 \nEach congregation must register separately; churches may not combine attendees to reach the three-person maximum. Clergy serving more than one congregation should register with only one church. \nYou can pay online or by check.
