
God Is Still With Us: Emmanuel Episcopal Church’s 150th Anniversary Celebration

Celebrate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, the oldest Black Episcopal congregation in Memphis. Founded in 1875 by five visionary leaders, Emmanuel has long played a pivotal role in the history and life of both the City of Memphis and The Episcopal Church.
Join us for a weekend of special events honoring Emmanuel’s glorious past and looking forward with hope to the future.

Enjoy food, fellowship, music, and a video presentation that highlights Emmanuel’s rich history. Pictures, artifacts, and personal stories will showcase the church’s journey and impact over 150 years. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/Emmanuel150.
