Diocesan Opportunities
The Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee currently seeks a Campus Missioner (CM). The CM is a member of the Diocesan staff responsible for supporting congregations in their ministries to institutions of higher learning (IHLs) throughout the region. The seat of the CM is Church of the Good Shepherd, Memphis, and the CM serves as its Vicar. This CM is a full-time, salaried position. Work schedule will be a standard 40-hour week including Sundays. The successful candidate:
- Must be a priest of The Episcopal Church in good standing, or a recent seminary graduate awaiting ordination.
- Will be hired by the Bishop of West Tennessee.
- Will report to the Canon to the Ordinary.

Lay Staff Opportunities
St. George’s Episcopal Church, Germantown, seeks a part-time youth ministry assistant. The ideal candidate is one who seeks to build and foster meaningful relationships with our families who have youth in 6th-12th grade (EYC) and 3rd-5th grade (pre-EYC). The assistant will, in consultation with the Director of the Children, Family and Youth Ministry, communicate and coordinate programs and services for these youth groups, assist with collection of program registration forms, assist with scheduling and maintaining training for volunteers, and assist in classrooms, youth meetings and youth events as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
