Letter From Candidate Step 1 of 2 50% Dear Child of God, I am looking forward to meeting you at my upcoming visitation to your church. It is an important time in your life; it is also an important moment in our life as the Body of Christ. In order to enrich our meeting, I am asking for your help. I will not have a lot of time with you, so I am asking that you write me a brief letter prior to my visit. The questions below are suggestions to stir up thought. These are simply suggestions; this is not a test or prerequisite. It is a way to deepen my connection with the good people who are joining The Episcopal Church. I will read each letter and hold it confidentially. Be honest. Please write the letter as you would like, but do write one. It only needs to be 1-2 pages. I look forward to being with you. Congratulations on this very significant step on your spiritual journey.
