The Diocesan Convention Book includes reports from diocesan committees and boards. Please use the form below to report on your committee’s activities and initiatives since November 2024.

When completing your report, keep in mind the breadth of the Diocese of West Tennessee. Please avoid jargon and acronyms, and provide context when referencing items the average West Tennessee Episcopalian is not familiar with.
