Diocesan Convention Exhibitor Registration

Organizations and ministries affiliated with the Diocese of West Tennessee or its faith communities or ministries are invited to apply for exhibitor space during Convention. Space includes a rectangle table and chairs.

Exhibitors are expected to be present for both the Opening Eucharist on Friday evening and for the full day of Convention on Saturday. Exhibitors may not set up on Friday evening after the Eucharist or Saturday morning.
Exhibitors must provide their own literature, flyers, or other items. The Diocese will not make copies or posters for you, but we are happy to refer you to helpful resources for these tasks.
Exhibitors must set up and take down their own booths. Special exceptions are made for Episcopal seminaries and organizations outside West Tennessee.

All exhibitor requests are subject to approval by the Bishop’s Office.
