Bishop Phoebe is encouraging Episcopalians (clergy and lay) across the Diocese to engage in some Lenten reading about adaptive change and leadership in the life of the Church. The Rev. Canon Rob Courtney will lead an informal set of Zoom discussions on Thursdays at noon beginning February 27. This short but substantive book is part of Bolsinger’s “Practicing Change Series,” and aims to get readers to reframe how we think about leadership, and our attitude toward times of crisis.
