Small Church Conference (2026)
The second annual West Tennessee Small Church Conference – a time for fellowship, worship, and mutual support among leaders and members of small congregations across our diocese – will be Friday, April 24 through Saturday, April 25, 2026, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Jackson, Tennessee. The conference begins at 5:00 PM on Friday and concludes at 5:00 PM on Saturday.
Each small church is expected to send at least two representatives, along with clergy, to join in this unique opportunity for networking, skill-building, and celebrating the important work happening in our small churches.
Registration Details
Registration Fee: $300 per church (includes up to three attendees)
Additional Attendees: $150 per person
Registration Deadline: January 31, 2026
Conference fees includes hotel accommodations, meals, and conference materials. Information on reserving your room is forthcoming.
Sharing rooms helps keep the conference accessible and affordable for all. If you prefer a single-occupancy room, you will be responsible for the additional cost. Please note: if you reserve a room and do not use it, you will still be charged.
Each congregation must register separately; churches may not combine attendees to reach the three-person maximum. Clergy serving more than one congregation should register with only one church
