Pastor Michael Douglas serves as Interim Executive Director of St. Columba Episcopal Camp and Retreat Center, a 145-acre camp and hospitality ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee. With 23 years of experience in both ministry and the business sector, Michael is passionate about empowering people and building purpose-driven leaders and teams.

A minister with the Disciples of Christ, Michael blends biblical principles with practical leadership strategies to create thriving organizations and foster meaningful growth.

Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Ericka, and their son, Gabe, often traveling or attending sports events together.
