Privacy Policy for the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee

The Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee does not provide personal contact information or contact lists for clergy, lay leaders, parishioners, or any other individuals. This policy applies regardless of personal familiarity or relationship with the diocese.

If you have information you would like shared with clergy or others in the diocese, you may forward your request to the Director of Communications and Community Engagement (eaustin@episwtn.org). All requests will be reviewed by the Bishop, and a determination will be made about whether and when the information will be distributed.

This policy protects the privacy of individuals while ensuring that communications are shared appropriately through diocesan channels.
