The Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee is pleased to announce that the Rev. Dr. Dorothy White has been appointed Campus Missioner. Rev. Dorothy will begin her ministry at the Barth House Episcopal Center on November 3, 2025.
Rev. Dorothy has served as Interim Rector of St. George’s Episcopal Church (Germantown) since Fall 2024, guiding the parish through a faithful period of transition alongside the Rev. Amanda McGriff, Assisting Priest. Earlier this month, St. George’s announced that the Rev. Christopher M. Robinson had accepted the call to serve as the parish’s next rector. His first Sunday will be November 16.
Before coming to West Tennessee, Rev. Dorothy served in the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota. Her energy for formation and engagement with young adults will strengthen and expand West Tennessee’s campus ministry as it continues to flourish at the Barth House and beyond.
