Exhibitors and vendors are welcome at Diocesan Convention. Any organization that is affiliated with a ministry or church in the Diocese of West Tennessee may participate at no charge. All other organizations will be charged a table fee of $100.
All vendor requests are subject to approval by the Bishop’s Office.
Meal plans may be purchased for $65/ each. The meal plan includes continental breakfast, boxed lunch, and heavy snacks.
Any fees will be invoiced to the email address provided during registration.
