Blessing of the Pets at Holy Apostles

All are welcome to this special Eucharist, a blessing for “all creatures great and small” to commemorate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The service will be held in our Outdoor Chapel  (weather permitting), accompanied by the talents of our Bluegrass Mass musicians. We’ll move inside if the weather is uncooperative! Join us for this special and fun annual tradition! We’re also collecting items for our friends at the Collierville Animal Shelter. Here’s a list of what the shelter always needs: Purina One foods for kittens, cats, puppies and dogs; Friskies pate canned cat food; Fromm puppy and dog food; collars and leashes; bleach; Arm & Hammer liquid laundry detergent; Dawn dishwashing liquid; Tractor Supply gift cards; and monetary donations.
